Parents, on Rank One if you see your student has gone from Eligible to Ineligible, don't panic, we are in the process of uploading the Biological Sex Affidavit for athletes, which is another form required for by the OSSAA. Once it becomes available I will let you know, if you have already turned in a paper form, I will manually check the form off for you student. Parents, please be sure if your student is in any extra curricular activity that they have all the necessary paperwork signed on Rank One. Those in athletics or band require all paperwork on Rank One to be signed or they will not be eligible to practice.. FFA, Speech, etc..., must have a Drug Test Consent form signed on Rank One before they can compete. Physicals are being uploaded as they are being received.

Middle School students: Schedule and book pick up- Friday, August 5th
6th grade: 9 am-11 am
7th and 8th grade: 1 pm-3 pm
**All students must have a free/reduced lunch form completed to get their schedule. Forms can be printed from the school website or copies are available in the office.
Parents Physicals for Band and Athletics for girls will be May 17, 4-5:30 at the High School ( site may be subject to change.) Physicals for boys will be May 31st 4-5:30 at the Community Center. This will be the only time physicals will be offered. There is no cost for the physicals. Physicals and Rank One information will be mailed this week. Please be sure to fill out the front portion of the physical and sign. Copies of the physical will be available the day of physicals. The high school baseball team will play tomorrow at 11 am against Stroud at Prague depending on how the basketball game goes today.
Due to inclement weather that will start sometime in the morning throughout the day, Prague Public Schools will have a Virtual Learning Day on Wednesday, February 23.
